At AtlanticSeaboard.Property we use a simple referral system to encourage property owners or their friends and family to alert us that the property is looking to be sold. 

We will explain the referral structure to you via email and if you want to proceed, you supply the property owners contact details. 

We assign a trusted real estate agent to connect with the property owner. 

If or when the property is SOLD, 

YOU will be rewarded with a cash payment of a referral/introduction commission.
